Just wanted to show everyone the progress we have made on the Pollinator bridge. Looks great! Tom is shown adding the flooring to the bridge. He only has six more feet to complete the flooring of the bridge. We are very grateful to Paul and Nancy Person for letting us collect rocks on their place for the flooring of the creek. It looks a little stark now, but when plants are added, it will be a perfect complement to the beautiful Pollinator Garden. The rocks have survived two flooding events, so we feel confident the bridge and rocks will stay exactly where they are. We are also very grateful for Tom Hynes’ great construction work in building the bridge.
Visit the site and see for yourself the beauty this project is adding to the park. Many thanks to all of you who have helped in this project.
