It is with great sadness that we announce that Bill Lindemann died on July 19, 2021, as a result of complications after heart surgery. Bill was a dear friend, mentor, and founder of the Fredericksburg Nature Center where he continued to serve for twenty years as president and guiding figure of the center until 2021. He was a stalwart in the Texas birding, native plant, and natural preservation communities where his friendship and leadership will be sorely missed.
